In our restaurant we use only Tuscan products, most of which are carefully selected from local farms, favoring a “zero-mile” approach as much as possible. We proudly cater to a variety of dietary needs with our tasty vegetarian and allergen-free dishes.
We take pride in our own production of precious saffron, fragrant herbs, and vibrant citrus fruits, which bring a distinctive touch to our dishes.

Il ristorante sarà aperto dal giovedì al sabato per la cena, mentre il pranzo sarà servito la domenica.
I sapori e gli aromi sono il coronamento delle emozioni di un viaggio, e la cucina toscana è il naturale proseguimento di colline soleggiate, campi fertili, erbe profumate.
La nostra rigogliosa valle del Mugello si ritaglia il suo posto di rilievo nella gastronomia toscana e nel mondo con la sua pasta fatta in casa, e ancora di più con il suo Tortello Mugellano, il delizioso raviolo presente su ogni tavola della domenica preparato con ingredienti semplici: farina, uova fresche e patate, la cui ricetta originale è custodita nello storico Palazzo dei Vicari risalente al IVX sec., a Scarperia, città del rinomato artigianato dei coltelli fatti a mano.
Il nostro ristorante utilizza solo prodotti toscani, la maggior parte dei quali selezionati con attenzione presso aziende del territorio, prediligendo un approccio il più possibile a “km 0”, e sempre con un occhio di riguardo verso le diverse esigenze alimentari, con le nostre deliziose proposte vegetariane, o prive di allergeni.
La nostra azienda agricola vanta inoltre una propria produzione di prezioso zafferano, erbe aromatiche ed agrumi che potrete riconoscere ed apprezzare nelle nostre ricette.

Cheeses are among the true gems of our cuisine. One of them is produced at the famous Villa Ubaldini. This cheese is aged in an ancient cave, where it is gently massaged with olive oil each week. This exceptional cheese was once delivered to the White House and served at the President’s table.
